25 buyers who need what you make, right now
We build 5 a week. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you before the call.
Signal examples
- A new plant, line or capex announcement
- Hiring buyers, supplier quality or manufacturing engineers
- A new product launch
- Reshoring news, or a supplier they just lost
- A vendor review or RFQ cycle
What you get
A one-page list, built for your shop before the call:
- 25 companies that match what you do: your processes or services, the region or lanes you cover, the industries you sell into.
- The signal behind each one, with a link to where we found it. You can check every line yourself.
- The right person to call. Title always, name where we can verify it. Engineering or purchasing, operations or logistics, depending on who actually picks the vendor.
- A one-line opener for each company, written the way your buyers talk.
- "Call these 5 first." The ones with the strongest signal and the best fit, ranked.
Every list is stamped with the date we researched it. You keep it whether or not you ever work with us.
What it does not include: personal phone numbers, personal emails or a bulk email file. This is a call list, not a data dump.
How it works
- Book a 20-minute call. Pick a time and answer one question: what do you make or ship, and who's your best customer?
- We build your list. We check that you're a fit, then research your 25 before the call. If you're not a fit, we tell you and cancel the slot so you don't waste 20 minutes.
- We walk you through it. On the call we go through the 5 to call first and show how we would work the rest. The file lands in your inbox after the call.
Who it's for
- US and Canada manufacturers with roughly 20 to 500 employees: fabricators, job shops, machine shops, contract manufacturers, industrial equipment makers.
- 3PLs and fulfillment providers looking for more shippers.
- Owners who sell between running the floor, and sales teams that turned into account managers.
- Anyone whose work comes from referrals and trade shows, and wants a second source of conversations.
Who it's not for
- Agencies and list sellers. We screen every booking.
- Companies outside the US and Canada markets.
- Shops under about 20 people with no one to make the calls.
- Businesses that sell only through distributors and don't want direct conversations with end buyers.
- Anyone who wants 5,000 contacts to blast. We give 25 and tell you why each one is on the list.
We build 5 lists a week. That cap is real, because each list is researched for one company. If the week is full, we'll offer the next open week.
Proof
This list is the same research our SDRs work from every day. Here is what happens when someone works it properly:
“Our SDR more than doubled qualified discovery calls in two months, and was promoted to manager.”

Clients typically see booked meetings in the first 30 to 60 days of an SDR program. That's typical, not a promise.
FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. The list and the call are free, and you keep the list. On the call we'll show you how our SDRs would work it. If you'd rather work it yourself, that's fine.
Why do I have to book a call to get it?
Because a list without context is just names. On the call we explain why each company is on it and who to call first. It takes 20 minutes, and it lets us build the list for your shop instead of guessing.
What is a "live buying signal"?
Something public that says a company may need a new vendor soon: a new facility, hiring engineers or buyers, a new product, a lost supplier, an RFQ. For 3PLs: more SKUs, fast channel growth, warehouse hiring, an RFP. Every signal comes with a link to the source.
Why only 5 a week?
Each list is researched for one company, by people who check every line. More than 5 a week and the quality drops. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you rather than send something useless.
Will you contact these companies yourselves?
Not as part of this list. If one of them is already a target for us, we leave it off your list and replace it.
What happens after the call?
You get the file by email. If you want help working it, we'll explain how renting a dedicated SDR works, billed monthly, no big upfront fee. If not, we'll check in once and leave it there.
